What the Bible says are the evidences of "being filled with the Spirit:
Exo 31:1-5; Lk 1:15; 1:41-42; 1:66-67; 4:1; Acts 2:4; Acts 4:31; Acts 7:55; Acts 9:17-18, and Acts 9:20
Note - the filling of the Holy Spirit always enhances our capabilities and never incapacitates.
Q. How should we test the spirits in such cases?
Eph 5:18 ; Col 3:16 - being filled with the Spirit & filled with the Word go hand in hand. Is a greater appetite for the Bible evident in my own life or those I am listening to?
Gal 5: 16-23 Verse 17 the flesh and the Spirit are "contrary" and will pull in opposite directions. One of the works of the flesh= drunkeness. But the corresponding fruit of the Spirit= self control. bearing this in mind will make it "evident" (verse 19) what we are testing.
Matt 13:36-39 here the tares (darnel to Botanists) in latin name, French etc= "drunkeness".
Q. Does God ever pour out a spirit of drunkeness Himself? yes - Isa 29: 9-10, 13 & 30: 9,10,15. But here it is a judgement of God on his rebellious and slumbering people!
1 Cor 2:14 Natural man looks at the things of God and thinks it's foolishness - and looks at foolishness and thinks it's the things of God.
Some objections answered:
Q. Weren't they acting drunk at Pentecost?
A. No. This is what some of the mockers said. With this approach we would need to accept what the mockers said of Jesus too (john 10:20). At Pentecost Peter preached a spirit filled message without any drunken antics.
Q. Doesn't God do wacky things sometimes?
A. Yes. But He NEVER contradicts His own Word! It's only wacky when we lack understanding.
Testimonies shared. With this "new anointing" I have seen or heard of:
Pastor - "put your bible away. It has nothing to say to you"
Pastor - crawling with dog with a collar and lead on. Singing "where he will lead me I will go"
pastor - got up to preach... laughed for 30 minutes and for six weeks! Bible never opened.
Just like Todd in the video feeling this anointing at the name of Bob - others have found the spirit they have inadvertantly accepted to manifest in same way as in the meetings when listening to unholy sexy music or pagan beats! They renounced it in Jesus Name and it left them.

Q. Can christians be deceived by demons?
2 Thes 2: 1-3, 7, 9-11 End times revival or end times deception?
Matt 7: 22-23 Signs and wonders do not determine truth. The Truth determines signs and wonders!
Matt 24: 44-5, 11, 24. Jesus warns 4x of being deceived. Jesus would not warn believers about being deceived if it couldn't happen.
2 Cor 11 - Satan can appear as an angel of light and demons as ministers of righteousness! If I was to say he couldn't deceive me I would be decieved already. Satan's goal is a to get our focus on another jesus, a different gospel and a different spirit.
Q. Are there Biblical examples of believers being influenced by evil spirits obviously as angels of light?
A. Yes. Luke 9 James and John want to call down fire; 1 Sam 10/ 1 Sam 18 Saul prophesies under Holy Spirit and then an evil Spirit; 1 Chron 21;1 Satan moves David to number the people. Matt 4/ Matt 16 "get thee behind me satan" spoked to satan and then to Peter!
How do demons manifest themselves in the Bible?
Luke 4: 33-35; Luke 8:29; Luke 9:39-42.
Throwing people to the ground, seizures, convulsions, violent body movements. And these are the ones not trying to pretend to be be holy!
Acts 16:16-18 here the demonised girl again operates in the supernatural (so not a test in itself of being of God) and appears to proclaim the truth! Just because someone mentions Jesus does not mean we don't test the spirits!
When the apostle Paul was caught up to heaven he could not tell us anything about it even under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit! But mant today write books about such nonsense. often experienced using new age guided visualisation techniques where you are to empty your mind and look for your guide (if it sounds like native American spirit guide stuff, it is!)
1 Tim 2. Eve was deceived as she only had second hand knowledge of the Word of God - being formed AFTER God spoke to Adam.
