If you think you cannot be deceived then you are likely either already deceived or ripe for deception. Jesus warns believers about a great deception and even the means by which this will occur. Yet there are some people that follow NAR teachings that thing there is no way they can be deceived because God would never let them. The problem with that is when the truth slaps them in the face and they end up believing some lie they will blame God for their lack of love of truth and truth seeking.
Matthew 24:24 KJV
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Pattern of Deception is the same from the beginning with Satan:
Genesis 3:1 KJV
Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
(Satan poses questions which lead to doubts about what God has said. The twisting of God's word to get man to sin against God.)
Genesis 3:3-5 KJV
But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
(Eve engages with Satan and tells him what God has said.)
4And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
(Satan straight up says God did not mean you will die. And then arrogantly states that you shall not surely die. It is bold and puffed up and arrogant in the way this is delivered)
5For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
(Satan tries to cast doubts as to God's intention as if God is scared that a human He created would become more powerful or as powerful as Him. Lucifer wanted to be exalted above God and was cast out of Heaven for that sin of pride. Satan tempts Eve with his lie that if she eats from the tree that she will be as gods which again is what we see with New Age Christianity and the occult and Satanism today).
Genesis 3:13 KJV
And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
(I see many that will fall away from the faith and follow Satan as deceived and beguiled and when they stand in front of God they will have the same or very similar explanation). Will those that fall away be saved? I'm thinking likely no, but God is the judge of the hearts of man and He is just.)
2 Thessalonians 2:9-10 KJV
9Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
Revelation 20:8 KJV
And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

Understand that you in yourself and in your flesh are not perfect. You can be deceived:

For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
Exercise discernment of good and evil and you will be able to take in strong meat and receive wisdom from God.
Hebrews 5:14 KJV
But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
